Kalamazoo Kids In Tune turns 9 years old this year! It’s hard to believe that what started out as an afterschool cello club has now grown into a program that serves 100 students! We’re kicking off our 9th school year by expanding our services to include three programs: Elementary, Middle School and High School.

Our Elementary Program is still held at Woods Lake Elementary: A Magnet Center for the Arts and now serves 3rd – 5th grade students four days a week. Our Middle and High School Program is held at Milwood Magnet School: A Center for Math, Science and Technology. Both programs are held two days a week and serve 6th – 10th grade students from Milwood Magnet, Maple Street Magnet and Loy Norrix.

We couldn’t imagine a better way to celebrate our 9th birthday than by expanding our program and growing our orchestra. We’re also focusing on updating our online presence, so expect a fresh look on our website and Facebook. We also joined Instagram – follow us there at KzooKidsInTune.

The 2019-2020 school year is off to a great start! We look forward to sharing all of the music, pictures, smiles and joy that this year brings with all of you!
